Dazi Signature

The staff, the location, the cleanliness…

Room was a little small

Location of hotel was near to Ben thanh as well as near to Pho Vietnam eatery. Also staff communication was top notch pre hotel stay - very responsive to enquiries about room type and check in timings. Also during check in , staff communicate well on the free meals . Also as I was checking out , staff communicated well with the security guard outside to help with my luggage. All in all a v seamless experience. the jacuzzi spa inside the room was powerful hence relaxing. Free toast with eggs breakfast delivered to room was great as I did not have time to go out get street food in the morning.

Air conditioner placement a bit strange. Does not directly cover the bed area. Not a big problem as room was cold enough eventually

The location, good quality/price, laundry service available

We would have preferred to have a window, the toilets had a displeasing smell after use

Good location, very interesting and beautiful decor, staff contacted in advance to confirm the room type

Although we booked the room with breakfast and dinner, there was no proper breakfast available. You call the reception and they bring you the sandwich with an egg. As for the dinner we didn’t even try. The jacuzzi output was weak.

Beautiful themed room. Room is full of modern technology eg wireless charging stand. Good location with food and cafes nearby.

Motion lighting was annoying when trying to get some sleep. Receptionist resolved it promptly when I called but solution should be more obvious. Also an arm chair or some table and chair would be great.

Location is great! Perfect in district one. Close to the central Ben Thanh market and lots of restaurants, bars, clubs, lounges, shopping, etc… The young man at the front desk was very polite, respectful and friendly. Good communication. Rooms are super cool and all individually unique themes. Would definitely stay here again. I would recommend.

Bed was really comfortable and shower also great clean

Loud club music coming from a room upstairs or possibly next door, went on till 6am onwards no sleep then the hotel were calling me at 12pm on the dot to tell me I shouldBe Leaving after no support or Information regarding the ridiculously loud music above me.

We liked our room a lot - spacious and stylish design. Location was great for sightseeing. Staff were really helpful and friendly.

Have been to HCM a few times but I was never satisfied with the previous hotel. Finally I managed to book this hotel and I will definitely book the same hotel again for my next trip. I would like to personally thank especially Tien and Phuoc who has been helping us so much even before our trip. Thank you for helping us to translate the Vietnamese documents into English. Thank you for the free upgrade to suite and letting us know before our arrival. No words is enough to thank the team including Susan and Manh for the best service rendered until we check out from the hotel. And the guard who helps us with our luggage. Excellent service, excellent communication skills and helping us to book a Grab whenever we needed it. And not forgetting to get us our big bowl of porridge as we were so so hungry after coming back from Westlife concert. Thank you once again ❤️

No breakfast or dinner was provided after being charged. Also the staff do not know about the room a

No breakfast or dinner was provided after being charged. Also the staff do not know about the room automation, and they don't tell you about all food is chargeable.

The staff was amazing - I remember only one name at reception, girl named Chang was always extremely nice. They were ALL very nice and helpful even if I didn't get all their names. If there was a problem, they immediately took care of it. My room came with a light dinner - rice porridge which was really delicious and the man who delivered it was also very kind. I tried both the blue Neon room and the Japan room. The showers in both rooms were very comfortable and had great water pressure. The Neon room was spacious and very warm and welcoming, but without a window, so I felt claustrophobic and sleepy and asked for a room with a window so got moved to the Japan room which apparently is always in high demand and not always available. The Japan room had a great window with a view to the main street, but the room itself got too small for my 4-night stay. The bathroom in the Japan room is only separated with curtains. The rooms have Netflix which is great but addictive time-waster so don't turn that TV on! The TVs do have great resolutions though. The AC in both rooms were adequate and strong. Both rooms had very, very comfortable and large beds with lots of pillows. Booking should provide a note that a room being booked would be windowless. I was lucky they had the Japan room available because apparently that is the only room in the category which does have a window.

I felt claustrophobic when trying the Neon room without a window, as lovely and special the room was. It may not bother others but having no window drives me crazy. The Japan room that I moved to that did have a window was very small. It would been fine for a short stay of 1-2 nights but not more. It had no desk so I had to use my laptop from the bed, which is large and comfy but took up almost the entire room.

The hotel is extremely clean and smells fresh all the time. It's in a great location with literally everything you need within walking distance. The staff is amazing, friendly and very accommodating. Beds comfortable, bathroom is great

There was construction on the first day but luckily it stopped over the weekend. Was extremely noisy

Location great. Clean. Really comfortable bed. Lovely staff

Unfortunately, all of positives were ruined by construction work starting at 7am.

The guard and the staff are very attentive and dedicated. The space is very clean and fragrant. Everything is finely tuned to every detail. Your support staff is very enthusiastic and cute. Will come back and recommend to friends to experience.

Exceptional hotel, modern, amazing staff, clean and right in the center of town.

Clean, comfortable room. A bit bizarre in the decor but memorable!
